These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of JoyPark TV, a short-form series and mini-drama service operated by JoyPark Studios, LLC ("JoyPark," "we," "us," or "our"), including the JoyPark TV mini app on TikTok, our websites, and related services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and old enough to consent to these Terms under the laws where you live. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You must also meet TikTok's own eligibility requirements to access the Service through TikTok.

2. Accounts and TikTok Login

When you access the Service through TikTok, you may sign in with your TikTok account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Your use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok's terms and policies, which are separate from these Terms.

3. Content and License

All series, episodes, video, music, artwork, logos, text, and other content on the Service ("Content") are owned by JoyPark Studios or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream and view Content for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, download (except where the Service expressly allows), record, redistribute, re-upload, sell, publicly perform, or create derivative works from Content without our written permission.

4. Purchases and Paid Content

Some episodes or features may require payment, such as unlocking episodes, virtual coins, or subscriptions. Purchases made through TikTok are processed by TikTok or its payment providers and are subject to their terms. Prices are shown before purchase. Except where required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable, and virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. We may change pricing or which Content is free or paid at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or TikTok's policies;
• Circumvent paywalls, access controls, or content protection;
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security;
• Harass others, post hateful or infringing material, or impersonate any person;
• Use bots or automated means to access the Service or manipulate views or engagement.

6. User Feedback and Submissions

If you send us comments, ideas, or feedback, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

7. Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe Content on the Service infringes your copyright, email admin@joyparkstudiostx.com with a description of the work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf, along with your physical or electronic signature.

8. Changes to the Service

We may add, modify, or remove Content or features, or suspend or discontinue the Service, at any time. Content availability may vary by region.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required by law or by TikTok. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOYPARK STUDIOS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $50.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JoyPark Studios from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

This Privacy Policy explains how JoyPark Studios, LLC ("JoyPark," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use JoyPark TV, including the JoyPark TV mini app on TikTok, our websites, and related services (the "Service").

Information from TikTok. If you sign in with TikTok, we receive the information you authorize, such as your TikTok user identifier (open ID), display name, and profile image. We do not receive your TikTok password.

Viewing and usage information. Episodes and series you watch, watch progress, favorites, unlocks, and how you interact with the Service.

Purchase information. Records of purchases and unlocks (such as item, amount, date, and transaction ID). Payments made through TikTok are processed by TikTok or its payment providers; we do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Device and technical information. Device type, operating system, app and SDK version, language, approximate region, IP address, and diagnostic or error logs.

Information you send us. Your email address and the contents of messages when you contact support or submit feedback.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and personalize the Service, including saving your watch progress and unlocked episodes;
• Process and verify purchases;
• Recommend series and episodes;
• Measure performance, fix bugs, and improve the Service;
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Service;
• Prevent fraud and abuse and enforce our Terms of Service;
• Comply with legal obligations and platform requirements.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With TikTok, as needed to operate the mini app, process payments, and comply with TikTok's platform rules;
• With service providers who host, store, analyze, or support the Service for us, under obligations to protect your information;
• For legal reasons, if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of JoyPark, our users, or others;
• In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets;
• With your consent or at your direction.

4. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or de-identify it unless we must keep it longer for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You can revoke JoyPark TV's access to your TikTok account at any time in your TikTok settings. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing admin@joyparkstudiostx.com. Depending on where you live (including certain U.S. states), you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we collect, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service runs within TikTok and may link to other sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, including TikTok's Privacy Policy.

9. Where Information Is Processed

JoyPark Studios is based in the United States. Information may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.
